Major Surgeries: Has done most of the major oncosurgical procedures independently in adequate numbers. Proficient with Head and neck oncosurgeries: Commando resections, mandibulectomies, glossectomies, radical neck dissections, thyroid surgeries, orbital exenterations, parotidectomies. Reconstructions with random and pedicled (PMMC, Deltopectoral, Forehead, Nasolabial flaps) and use of titanium plates for mandibular reconstruction. Thoracic surgeries: Pneumonectomies, Lobectomies and Trans thoracic Esophagectomy and thoracic wall tumors. Breast: Radical and Modified Radical Mastectomies, Breast preservation surgery, Brachytherapy (intraop) catheters placement, use of various flaps for breast reconstruction. GI surgeries: All types of GI surgeries for esophagus, stomach hepatopancreatobiliary (Liver resections, Whipple’s resection), colon, rectum and anal canal cancers. Also done quite a few cases of pelvic exenterations with ileal conduits. Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary Surgery: Specialised HPB surgery from liver resections to pancreatic and gall bladder cancer surgeries.
